- School Health Services are offered to students of District 86 to help students maintain a high level of wellness.
- The school nurse is responsible for administering first aid only. Parents are responsible for any follow-up care.
Important: Please keep the school office notified of your current home, cell, and work phone numbers. Emergency contacts are also required in case we are not able to reach you regarding your child’s injury or illness.
