We were thrilled to welcome Trish Muschio-Colucci, a talented author and illustrator from our own school community, who recently visited to read her book, My First Italian ABC Book, with our 3rd grade students.
Mrs. Muschio-Colucci’s creative and inspiring work beautifully connects language and culture, making it a perfect introduction to the Italian language for young learners. Our students had the wonderful opportunity to hear the story read aloud by the author herself and to learn about the inspiration behind her illustrations.
It was a meaningful and memorable experience for our students to meet a real bilingual author and illustrator—especially one from our own community! Thank you very much - Grazie 1000
